Tryouts will be held on Tuesday March 13th from 7:45 - 9:15 and Tuesday March 20th from 7:45 - 9:15 at Landmark Sports Complex. Signups will be open 30 minutes prior to the tryout. Landmark is located at 1600 Glendale Milford Rd. 45215. Go west off I-75 1/8 of a mile and complex is on the right just past St. Rita School for the Deaf. Nick Baltimore has been with the Royals organization for 6 years.  His coaching experience includes 8th grade head coach at Reading Junior High School and at present he is the girls varsity assistant coach at Hamilton Badin High School.

 

Craig Bickel has 21 years experience coaching both girls and boys youth and AAU basketball teams. Craig has coached in the Finneytown Athletic Association, Southwestern Ohio league, Eastern Hills league, Finneytown Middle School, Cincinnati AAU (girls) program, Cincinnati Wildcats AAU program, and the last 9 years with the Cincinnati Royals. Between the Wildcats and the Royals, Craig guided teams to national tournaments 5 years in a row with 1 top 10 and 2 top 16 finishes. His U15/9^th grade boys team won the state AAU championship in 2003. Many players Craig has coached were recruited  to play college basketball. Notable players: Cam Thoroughman (West Virginia), Dante Jackson (XU), Kevin Carr (Univ. Mass.-Lowell), Seth Price (Univ. of New Hampshire), John Brown (Lynn Univ.) and Ben Haarman (Mt. St. Joes). Notable football alumni: Alex Albright (Boston College/Dallas Cowboys), Joe Ries (Dayton), Seth Price (Univ. of New Hampshire)
