Tom is the founder of the Royals organization and has been coaching in the program for 17 years. He has had 5 teams make the Elite Eight at AAU Nationals including one National-runnerup. He has also led teams to 9 AAU state championships. Tom is currently the girls varsity head coach at Hamilton Badin HS andpresident of Southwestrn Ohio Basketball. He is also the boys AAU state director for Ohio and a member of the National Executive Council.
