Welcome to Southwestern Ohio Basketball
We have been running the top youth basketball leagues, tourneys and clinics in the entire Midwest for over 25 years. We also offer ball handling and fundamentals clinics, summer camps and AAU programs. In the 2023-2024 season, over 2600 teams from the entire Tri-state participated in our basketball leagues and tourneys and over 30,000 compete in our sponsored events.

ROYALS WINTER TRYOUTS: We are excited to announce our dates for our Cincinnati Royals Winter Try-outs. We will be having teams for grades 1st-6th, as well as 8th grade for boys, and grades 2nd-5th for girls. All teams will practice at least 1-2 times per week, as well as play in at least 20-40 games during the winter season. FALL EVENTS:
FALL LEAGUE - The league will consist of a 10-game schedule to be held September 5th through October 27th. We will also hold a postseason tournament through November 3rd. Games will be held on Thursdays and Fridays from 5:30 - 9:30 PM, and on Sundays and Sundays from 12:00 - 9:00. Games will be held primarily at Landmark and SOAS Sports Complexes. The cost for the 10-game season plus post-season tournament is only $275.
FALL DRILLS N SKILLS - The Cincinnati Royals and Southwestern Ohio Basketball will be offering a program for players who are looking to improve the fundamentals of their game. This program has had over 6300 participants in the last 11 years. It is eight weeks of intense ball-handling, skill development, and drills on Monday's from September 9th through October 28th. This year we will be adding some new features to the program. You can attend all 8 weeks for $85, or pay as you go for $15/session if you cannot make every session. FALL KINGS PROGRAM - Cincy Kings and Southwestern Ohio Basketball will be offering our fall program for players who are looking to improve their game in a structured environment that offers the best way to be a better player for the next season. The program includes our Fall Drills & Skills Program on Monday's, 10-12 practices, a 10-game season, and a post-season tournament, all for only $275 ($325 if uniform is needed). September 20th-22nd: Cincinnati, OH- 10th Annual Fall Super Showcase
October 11th-13th: Cincinnati, OH- 9th Annual Battle of the Borders
WINTER EVENTS:
WINTER LEAGUE - This league will consist of a 10-game schedule to be held December 6th through February 16th (off December 23rd-31st). We will also hold a postseason tournament from February 22nd-March 2nd. Games will be held on the weekends primarily at Landmark, Friars, and SOAS Sports Complexes, but also allow teams to play home games at their own facility. THANKSGIVING HOOPS CLINIC - This camp will take place Friday, November 29th at Landmark Sports Complex and will be run by Kevin Duncan (Air Kev) who offers skills enhancement training that is messy, ugly, and mistake driven; it's through that process that skills are developed. Air Kev is a skill, ability, and weakness specialist teaching players how to enhance their skills ON THEIR OWN. This is a camp that will establish the core methodologies and concepts that bring I'm Possible skill enhancement to life & will teach the player how to use game simulation to aggressively confront weaknesses & expose where you need to improve. This camp is for boys and girls grades 4th-8th, and there will be two sessions held on November 29th: Session #1 from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM and Session #2 from 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM.
