Welcome to Southwestern Ohio Basketball
We have been running the top youth basketball leagues, tourneys and clinics in the entire Midwest for over 30 years. We also offer ball handling and fundamentals clinics, summer camps and AAU programs. In the 2025-2026 season, over 2600 teams from the entire Tristate participated in our basketball leagues and tourneys and over 30,000 compete in our sponsored events.

Royals Winter Tryouts - We are excited to announce try-outs for our upcoming 2026-2027 Cincinnati Royals Winter Teams. We will have teams for 1st- 7th grade boys, and 5th/6th grade girls. Our teams will practice 1-2 times per week at Queen City Racquet Club and play between 20-40 games in the Southwestern Ohio Basketball Winter League during the winter session. FALL EVENTS:
FALL LEAGUE - Southwestern Ohio Basketball is happy to announce that registration for our Fall League is open! The league will consist of a 10-game schedule to be held September 12th through November 1st (October 25th for Jr. High and HS Girls). Games will be held on Saturday's and Sunday's from 10:00 AM-9:00 PM. Games will be held primarily at Courts 4 Sports, Sports of All Sorts, and one other Sports Complex. The cost for the league is $275 + $50 deposit. The deadline to register is August 20th, we will post a first-week schedule to the website around September 2nd. FALL DRILLS N SKILLS - This fall, the Cincinnati Royals, Southwestern Ohio Basketball and AirKev will be offering our Drills & Skills program for players who are looking to improve the fundamentals of their game. This program has had over 6,300 participants in the last twelve years. It is an eight week program of intense ball handling, skill development and drills. Sessions take place on Monday's beginning August 31st (No Session September 7th) at Queen City Racquet Club (11275 Chester Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45246). WINTER EVENTS:
WINTER LEAGUE - Southwestern Ohio Basketball is happy to announce that registration for our Winter League is open! This will be our 32nd year of providing a winter league, longer than any other organization within 500 miles. The league will consist of a 10-game schedule to be held December 4th through February 21st (All teams will be off December 21st - January 1st). There will also be a single-elimination post-season tournament held February 26th - March 7th included at no extra cost. Games will be held on the weekends, and teams will have the opportunity to play at least 5 home games at their own home gym. If you do not have a home gym, your home games will take place at either Courts 4 Sports, Friars Club, or Sports of All Sorts. For more info on our Winter League, please Click Here
